Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very salty but not much smoke flavor I’ve only used this once. I seasoned country style ribs and marinated in the refrigerator for a couple of days because I was cooking them in the oven and wanted to give the smoke flavored a chance to penetrate. I used the salt sparingly because I was unsure of the amount to use. The result was the ribs were very salty but with little or no smoky flavor. I’ll use in other dishes to determine if the smoke flavor is more noticeable.

The smoke flavor is pretty strong, so a little bit goes a long way,,,which makes a jar last a good while. We highly recommend this product!
