Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great with Steak I purchased a small amount to try it, and Quickly went to the Web site to order enough to share as Christmas Gifts. Let the steak sit out to warm up a bit, pat steak dry, cover the steak with a good amount of the Hiwa Kai Black salt and pepper. (Its pretty coarse, crush down a bit if you like.) Sear Steak in a dry, super hot cast iron skillet, about 4-5 minutes each side. Let it restart awhile before you cut into it. "Fantastic Steak Salt".
