Harvested from the clear waters of the Mediterranean and dried by natural solar evaporation, Mediterra® Sea Salt is a crisp, straightforward salt that retains its ocean-borne minerality in a pure, clean-tasting crunch. The broad range of grain sizes makes this all-natural, additive-free sea salt an ideal choice for any recipe in your kitchen—whether it’s baked, boiled, braised or brined. Try it as an upgrade from your everyday table salt, either in a salt shaker or salt mill, or just keep a bag of it on hand for when you’ll need to brine that Thanksgiving turkey. Use a pinch here and there to salt your salads, soups and snack mixes, but be sure to keep a good supply, because you’ll never want to go back to just plain salt.

Small Grain: Use Small grain Mediterra for baking, candy making—or even stock your bar with it as a pure, natural rim salt for cocktails. Use it as a finishing salt for roasted nuts and in snack mixes, or as a replacement for your tableside topping salt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it ... but... May I suggest that you sell it in a double zip lock bag to prevent deterioration? Also it woul be nice if you sold empty salt grinders! Mm

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Table Salt And Charcuterie The fine grain Mediterranean salt makes a perfect table salt for parties because its mild flavor blends well with everything, it is fairly dry, doesn't clump, shakes out well, and its color won't freak out your unsuspecting non-gourmet guests. I also like to use this salt for curing meats because the naturally occurring nitrates in the salt (combined with added red wine), help give my homemade salami a beautiful reddish pink color without other additives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been using Mediterranean Sea Salt Coarse & Fine Grains from SatWorks for a few years and love it because it is natural, low in moisture, pure and do not contain any additives such as bleach and anti-caking agent unlike ordinary table salt from supermarkets. I use it in my kitchen for cooking as well as for treating rhinosinusitis, nasal allergies and it also has lots of other healing properties. Will be ordering again and again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Medium grain salt I bought a medium grain salt and it works on my table salt grinders just fine. Great taste as far as salt goes. I'm really liking the resealable bag it came in. Makes for easy storage. Can't find a deal on salt in any store that will compare to the products offered here. Definitely recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Smaller than picture I assumed the picture was not life size, even from a smart phone where the image would be a shrunken version of the actual product. However, it is WAY finer than depicted. Fast shippings, but the product itself was not at all what I wanted or expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I only buy this type of salt to make my sea salt soap bars. Over the years my customers have said that my salt bars are one of the few things that actually help their eczema and acne! Thank you for making such a high quality product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tasty Value! We're on our fourth bag of SaltWorks salt. We like the coarse grain as it works great in our salt grinder. The flavor is fabulous and we feel the value can't be beat. We trust the source of the product and are extremely satisfied.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wrong kind of salt for cooking. I was looking for a culinary salt to replace that awful Himalayan Pink salt that is way too high in iron and chose the Mediterra. It is just not right for cooking but did make an excellent bath soaking salt.
