Fusion® Lime Fresco Salt


  • 4 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup red onion, diced finely
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced finely
  • ¼ - ½ cup cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Fusion® Lime Fresco Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • ½ jalapeño, seeded and finely diced (Optional)


  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, scoop out meat and coarsely chop. Mash in a bowl with a fork to the consistency you prefer.
  2. Mix in onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. For additional heat, add in the optional jalapeño.
  3. Add lime juice, Lime Fresco Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill until serving. If not serving right away, place saran wrap directly on the guacamole to keep it from oxidizing and turning brown.
