Fusion® Lime Fresco Salt Prawns with Garlic and Cilantro

Fusion® Lime Fresco Salt


  • 1½ pounds peeled and deveined prawns
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Lime Fresco Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 whole garlic cloves, crushed
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Toss shrimp with cumin, Lime Fresco Salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and half the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Turn the shrimp over and cook until opaque throughout; transfer to a plate.
  4. Repeat with the remaining shrimp.
  5. Return all shrimp to the pan and add garlic. Be sure to mix the garlic and heat evenly.
  6. Remove from the heat and mix with lime juice and cilantro. Toss well and serve.
