Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Place figs cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle honey on top of figs and then sprinkle with thyme leaves, walnuts and Cyprus Black Lava Salt. Roast for 10-15 minutes or until the figs have softened to your desired texture. Allow to cool before serving. Sprinkle with additional Cyprus Black Lava Salt to taste. Spread figs on toasted bread, top your favorite ice cream or enjoy alone as a dessert.
