Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I found this! I first encountered this salt in a concierge lounge in a London hotel. I enjoyed it so much that I wrote down the name because I didn't trust my memory. After returning home I eventually found it after some searching. What a treat! I first used it on roasted vegetables and in a sauce for crab cakes. Now I look for any possibilities for sprinkling it on whatever I'm preparing. I sent a gift pack as a Christmas gift and am about to order another for an upcoming birthday. Great gift for foodie relatives!

The Salish Alderwood Smoked Salt was the only one I liked. So when I am getting low (Twice now) I go to your site and order more. And have shared a small sample with friends and gave them your site. I just like it because it just gives a hint and takes only a small amount. and does not taste salty.

Fantastic on grilled meats, but also good in scrambled eggs, casseroles and much, much, more. I also want to thank customer service for there dedication to customer service and there helpfulness....they are a benefit to the company.

I sampled it because i only wanted local alaskan made goods for souvenirs and fell in love. Such a wonderful addition to regular foods. I use the fine now but will add the coarse in the future.
