Using our proprietary Fusion process, we combine stone ground matcha tea leaves, harvested in the tea fields of Japan, with sea salt for a beautiful, aromatic all-natural Fusion sea salt. While it’s traditionally used to finish Asian dishes, such as tempura or edamame, the delicate aroma, beautiful color, and complementary flavor also make it ideal for finishing desserts or sprinkled atop white chocolate-coated confections. All natural and kosher certified, Matcha Green Tea Salt is perfectly suited to Asian-inspired seasoning blends and products.
