Herb and Sea Salt Compound Butters

Ingredients

Mint, Lime Zest and Fusion® Jalapeño Pepper Salt Compound Butter ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
Zest of 1 lime
¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Jalapeño Pepper Salt, or to taste
Rosemary, Smoked Paprika and El Dorado® Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt Compound Butter ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon rosemary leaves, minced
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon El Dorado Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt, or to taste
Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes and Fusion® Wild Porcini Salt Compound Butter ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Wild Porcini Salt, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  • For each compound butter recipe, combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Spread on grilled corn, grilled meats or bread.
  • Store in an airtight container or roll into logs wrapped in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
