Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place salmon fillet skin side down on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl combine brown sugar and Salish Alderwood Smoked Salt (fine grain). Sprinkle liberally over salmon.
- Squeeze lemon over salmon and gently pour on melted butter to cover.
- Bake salmon until opaque in the center about 18-22 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
