Fusion® Lime Fresco Salt Prawns with Garlic and Cilantro

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds peeled and deveined prawns
½ teaspoon cumin
Lime Fresco Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
5 whole garlic cloves, crushed
Juice from 1 lime
3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Directions

  • Toss shrimp with cumin, Lime Fresco Salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and half the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Turn the shrimp over and cook until opaque throughout; transfer to a plate.
  • Repeat with the remaining shrimp.
  • Return all shrimp to the pan and add garlic. Be sure to mix the garlic and heat evenly.
  • Remove from the heat and mix with lime juice and cilantro. Toss well and serve.
