Cooking Directions
- Toss shrimp with cumin, Lime Fresco Salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and half the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Turn the shrimp over and cook until opaque throughout; transfer to a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining shrimp.
- Return all shrimp to the pan and add garlic. Be sure to mix the garlic and heat evenly.
- Remove from the heat and mix with lime juice and cilantro. Toss well and serve.
