Ingredients

2 lobster tails, 5-8 ounces each
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ teaspoon Lemon Twist Salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
¼ teaspoon paprika
Lemon wedges, for serving

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat broiler to high or 500 degrees F. Place oven rack in the middle position.
  • Using sharp kitchen scissors or shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster tail shell down to the tip of the tail. Pull the shell apart slightly and carefully separate the meat from the sides of the shell. Cut a slit down the length of the lobster meat. Place the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet or in oven-safe baking pan.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add Lemon Twist Salt, tarragon, and paprika. Brush butter mixture liberally over the lobster meat.
  • Place lobster tray in oven and broil for about 8-10 minutes until the shell becomes a bright red and the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • Season with additional Lemon Twist Salt, if desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or tarragon leaves.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
