Salt and Pepper Prawns with Chili Garlic Sauce and Fusion® Thai Ginger Salt

Served with rice or salad, these flavorful prawns are brightened with Fusion® Thai Ginger Sea Salt. They're even great as a tapas dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 to 1 ½ pounds large headless shrimp/prawns, peeled and de-veined
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, or more to taste
1 teaspoon Fusion® Thai Ginger Salt, or to taste
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro for garnish
Slices of fresh limes

Cooking Directions

  • In small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil with the soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, chili garlic sauce and Thai Ginger Salt. Stir until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Set sauce aside.
  • Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and then add prawns and cook until they are bright pink and cooked through.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and then stir in the sauce over the cooked prawns. Top with minced cilantro and additional Thai Ginger Salt to taste.
  • Serve with fresh lime wedges.
